This is a standard Paan Shop in Pakistan, you will find them in almost every locality, it's usually a small stall selling Cold Drinks, Juices, Ciggarettes and the infamous "PAAN". As you can see in the picture, hygene is not a priority.

Makes me remember a stand on Sicily where I got the best tasting orange juice I've ever had. Hygiene wasn't a priority in that place either - something I got time to contemplate over during the next couple of days... ;)

Some Indian restaurants offer something similar to the filling shown in the Wiki photo, which is usually in a bowl by the entrance.
