Jim, 36 seems like a lot but its really a mix and match of 13-15 flavors.
The most popular Ice Cream Flavor in most of Pakistan is called Kulfa, it is basically milk boiled to condensation and sugar and Pistachio, sort of like sweet cream with pistacio only a bit more heavy. People do use all types of toppings.
THe best one is banana boat......... served in a boat, ofcourse, with banana flavour, vanilla and pistaccio and crunchies and pecan nuts.... So dilicious!!!!!!!!

It's too cold in France to eat ice cream. We'd rather need coffee or tea to warm ourselves.
